During their amicable encounter in Windsor, Prince Harry and Meghan ‘made a vow’ to the Queen

As health worries rise, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will present Lilibet to Queen Elizabeth II during their next visit to the UK, according to a source.

According to a source close to the royal couple, “the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will return to the UK in the near future to introduce Lilibet to the Queen amid her health concerns.”

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have assured the Queen that she would soon be able to cuddle her great-grandchildren Archie and Lilibet.

This comes amid mounting fears over the Queen’s health, with the queen recently declining to attend the Maundy Thursday Service.

On Thursday, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle paid a surprise visit to the Queen in Windsor. Meghan has visited the United Kingdom for the first time since the pair retired from royal duties in March 2020 and relocated to the United States.

During a very pleasant visit, Meghan and Harry spoke a few words with the Queen and inquired about her health. The 95-year-old monarch also expressed his affection for Lili and Archie. Lilibet, the Queen’s 11-month-old great-granddaughter, was called after the Queen’s childhood nickname.

Before heading to The Hague today for the commencement of the Invictus Games, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex paid a visit to the UK to meet the monarch and Prince Charles for a peace offering.

Meghan and Harry’s visit has sparked speculation about their participation in the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June.
