Rio Hackford’s father Taylor

Rio Hackford made his identity in entertainment industry and he was known for his roles in The Mandalorian and American Crime Story: The People v. O.J. Simpson.

He tragically died in April 2022 and was survived by his parents and brother.

His father Taylor was born in December 31, 1944, known as an American film director.

Over years, he won many of awards and worked on countless films.

He is best known for his work on Ray, Blood In, Blood Out, Dolores Claiborne, and An Officer and a Gentleman.

Taylor has also served as the president of the Directors Guild of America.

Taylor welcomed two sons, Rio and Alexander.

Rio followed in his father’s career and started a career in the entertainment industry as a film and television actor.

Unfortunately, Rio passed away on April 14, 2022, after a battle with an un-identified illness,

Alex also worked in the entertainment industry but he was more focused towards video games.

His work oversees the production of most known video games, including MLB, Gran Turismo, Uncharted, Sports Champions, and Little Big Planet.

Taylor married three times. At first married Rio’s mother, Georgie Lowres, in 1970, but the two separated soon in 1975.

Later in 1977, Taylor got married with Alex’s mother, Lynne Littman,  who is known as an American film and television director and producer. Couple were married for 10 years before deciding to part ways.

And in 1997, he tied the knot again with English actress Helen Mirren, whom he has been married to ever since.
