In the scorching heat of Lahore, Pakistan Cricket Board has invited 60 cricketers to the National High-Performance Center to participate in the conditioning camp. The first phase will continue from Sunday to May 25 with 27 players participating. In the second phase, 33 players have been called up.

Star cricketers Babar Azam, Shadab Khan, Fakhr Zaman, Imam-ul-Haq, Asif Ali, Khushdal Shah, Fawad Alam, and Emad Waseem will also be in action. Abid Ali, who wants to return to the national team after heart surgery, has been called up for training.

Koshan Mohammad Hasnain will also be involved in improving the bowling action. Yasir Shah will try to shake off the dust on his abilities. Sarfraz Ahmed has also been called up. Given this, the policy in this regard has already been announced that only the players selected for the ODI series from West Indies will be recalled to Pakistan.

The squad for the 3 ODIs will be announced on May 23. The matches between the two teams will be played on June 8, 10 and 12. The training camp will be held in Rawalpindi from June 1. These matches in ICC World League will be played in Multan.

On the first day, the players will report on Sunday, fitness tests will be held on Monday, practice sessions will start from Tuesday, the conditioning camp will try to improve the form and fitness of the cricketers, they will improve their physical fitness while doing gym and pool training. At the National High-Performance Center, coaches will work to improve by identifying the shortcomings of batsmen and bowlers, while data on player performances will also be compiled.
