Khalil-ur-Rehman refuses to ask an apology to Marvi

Controversial drama author and poet Khalil-ur-Rehman has refused to ask for an apology to human rights activist Marvi Sarmad, here on Wednesday.

Mr. Qamar was invited as a guest speaker in the BOL News flagship show “Aisay nahi chalay ga” hosted by Dr. Fizza.

Game show host and social activist Waqar Zaka and Muneeb Qadir also appeared as a guest speaker.

It is pertinent to mention that the Human rights commission of Pakistan has categorically demanded Khalil-ur-Rehman for his misconduct with Marwi Sarmad – in a live show yesterday.

During the show, while answering to Dr. Fizz, Khalil refuses to ask an apology to Marvi Sarmad and said, if she apologizes for giving me a shut-up call, I will also request for forgiveness.

Waqar Zaka also added into the debate while endorsing Qamar’s opinion that Sarmad is a foreign-funded woman and these people can’t work in favour of Pakistan.

Interestingly, Mr. Qamar announced to support Aurat march for the cause of women’s rights.
