The much-publicized retaliation lawsuit filed by model Blac Chyna against ex-Rob Kardashian will not go to trial after all.
Sources confirmed on Monday that the exes reached a settlement agreement ahead of the scheduled start of jury selection.
According to media reports, Rob, 35, and Chyna, 34, reached an agreement to settle their lawsuit before it went to trial, though the terms of their agreement are unknown.
The jurors were already gathered outside the courthouse, but due to the last-minute change, they will be dismissed.
A trial judge denied the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s motion to enforce a previous settlement just days ago.
Rob reportedly claimed that Chyna backed out of a deal that would have settled the revenge lawsuit, but the reality star’s claim was rejected by a judge.
Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer, told the press that Chyna (born Angela White) would “prove her case” to a Los Angeles jury that Kris Jenner’s son illegally leaked explicit photos of her on Instagram in July 2017.
Dream, Chyna and Rob’s 5-year-old daughter, is their only child.
