The Karachi Kings, one of the Pakistan Super League’s most adored teams, have begun to assemble their players and coaching staff in preparation for the commencement of their upcoming season on February 13.
Imad Wasim, the captain, Mohammad Amir, the pace spearhead, and Ben Cutting, the all-rounder, reportedly arrived in Karachi on Thursday and joined the Karachi Kings team.

On Thursday morning, head coach Johan Botha and assistant coach Michael Smith also arrived in the city. The team will begin their first training season that evening under their direction.

Yesterday, Mohammad Umer, Sharjeel Khan, Aamer Yamin, Tayyab Tahir, Qasim Akram, and Haider Ali had already checked in at a nearby hotel.
Star all-arounder Shoaib Malik will join the team later today. He is currently in Lahore participating in the trophy unveiling event on behalf of Karachi Kings.
The remaining players, in particular the foreign picks of Karachi Kings, will eventually arrive in the city.
It is important to note that PSL season 8 will take place from February 13 to March 19 at four different locations. In Multan, the opening ceremony and match between the reigning champions Lahore Qalandars and Multan Sultans will take place.
The Peshawar Zalmi, led by Babar Azam, will face the Karachi Kings in their opening match on February 14 at the National Bank Cricket Arena.
