In a horrific incident, a plane from Air India crashed on Friday while landing at Kozhikode. The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 pm. After landing at Karipur Airport runway 10, the Dubai-Kozhikode flight dropped into a valley and split into two parts. There were about 191 passengers aboard the plane.

Many people were injured in the accident according to the latest news, and unfortunately, both of the pilots died in the crash. The rescue operation is currently underway, and the wounded passengers and crew were taken to the near-airport hospital.
