Hana Kim recently married her long-time boyfriend Jarad Brickman in a private ceremony. Her first-look photos with her furry companion, Gumbo, however, drew a lot of attention online.
The ‘first look’ photographs taken on the wedding day are usually especially special since they never fail to capture the couple’s natural feelings and love.
One American bride, on the other hand, is making headlines online after opting to make them with her dog rather than her spouse.
Of course, the photos are cute, and internet users can’t seem to get enough of them.
Hana Kim and her long-time lover Jarad Brickman were married in an intimate ceremony in the forests of Camp Colton, Oregon.
Her first-look photos with her furry companion, Gumbo, however, drew a lot of attention online.
Kim was spotted entering in a stunning white bridal gown, holding her bouquet, as the canine remained at a distance.
The golden retriever, which was wearing a flower garland around his neck, was obviously pleased when it finally caught sight of the bride.
The dog went up to Kim in her bridal gown and welcomed her with kisses, as shown in the photos.
“I want a first look with my dog.’ Basically the only request I had for my entire day,” Kim captioned the photos on her Instagram account for her dogs.

Stephanie Nachtrab, the wedding photographer who recorded the event, described it as “the sweetest thing” he had “ever documented.”
Nachtrab said of the bride’s connection with the canine. “I’m so honored that I got to capture a glimpse of what he means to her. As Gumbo would say ‘I’m so happy I got to marry my mom today!’”

The Oregon couple, who met in 2014 because of their dogs, made sure their four-legged pals were present for their wedding.

Almost everything on their big day had four-legged members included, from the first look to wedding favors with their dogs’ faces and even the ring bearer.
Many people, particularly pet owners, could identify with the bride’s sentiments, and many praised her for coming up with such a creative concept.
It prompted them to replicate the magical moment with their dogs during their wedding, they added.
Here’s how social media users responded to the first-look images:
