Kia has officially launched the facelifted 2025 Sportage in South Korea, with plans to release it in Australia by mid-2025. The updated model features a 1.6-liter turbocharged petrol engine paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission, available in both 2WD and AWD configurations.

Suzuki to Launch e Vitara: First Mass-Production Battery EV

Suzuki has unveiled its first mass-production electric vehicle (EV), the e Vitara, in Milan, Italy. Based on the “eVX” concept, the e Vitara combines the rugged appeal of an SUV with the advanced technology of a modern BEV.

The vehicle is available in two battery options: 49kWh for entry-level models and 61kWh for higher trims, offering fast-charging support of up to 150kW. Sales of the e Vitara are expected to begin in Europe, Japan, and India in the summer of 2025, though pricing details are yet to be announced.

MG HS PHEV Locally Assembled and Priced in Pakistan

MG Motor Pakistan has announced the pricing of its locally assembled MG HS Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV), which was launched at the Pakistan Auto Show 2024.

The vehicle is priced at Rs 9,899,000, with a pre-booking cost of Rs 2,000,000. Customers who pre-book the MG HS PHEV will enjoy a special discount, lowering the price to Rs 9,499,000.
