Kohl’s Corp (KSS.N) is ending conversations with selling the U.S. retail chain to Vitamin Shoppe administrator Franchise Group (FRG.O), it was written about Thursday, referring to two individuals acquainted with the matter.

The report, nonetheless, didn’t expand on the purpose of finishing the conversations.

In June, Kohl’s placed select exchanges with Franchise Group, esteeming it at almost $8 billion, the organizations had said.

The establishment offered a bid of $60 per share for the retail chain.
