Kohl’s Corp (KSS.N) is ending conversations with selling the U.S. retail chain to Vitamin Shoppe administrator Franchise Group (FRG.O), it was written about Thursday, referring to two individuals acquainted with the matter.

The report, nonetheless, didn’t expand on the purpose of finishing the conversations.
