Toyota to introduce its first solar car

It has been stated that the car will run completely on solar power and won’t need any charging. Advanced solar panels will be used in making the car so that its batteries can last a long time without needing to be replaced.

The project manager at Toyota, said that the solar car has a major benefit. While it may not be able to drive for long hours, it does not depend on any charging facility.

A main issue with electric cars is that they need to be charged, which means they require charging ports, and those are not cheap.

On the other hand, the sun is a renewable energy source that doesn’t need any port. Solar panels, along with strong batteries, are necessary to power cars at night. However, running a car needs a large amount of energy.

Some auto experts say that one major development from research is that cars can now be charged while in motion, which hasn’t happened before. Still, there are some parts of the technology that need a lot of work to make solar cars fully efficient.
