kerosene price surge by Rs4.09 per liter

New price of kerosene has been set at Rs231.14 per liter.

The price of kerosene oil has been increased by Rs4.09 per liter as of July 4 with immediate effect.

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) issued a notification announcing the increase in kerosene prices by Rs4.09 per liter.

According to the notification, the new price of kerosene has been set at Rs231.14 per liter.

The previous price of kerosene oil was Rs227.05 per litre, which has now increased to Rs231.14 per litre.

Notably, government has reduced the price of both petrol and diesel by Rs1.97 per liter.

According to a notification issued by the Ministry of Energy’s Petroleum Division, the ex-depot price of gasoline (motor spirit) has been reduced from Rs299.50 per liter to Rs297.53 per liter.

The price of high-speed diesel (HSD) has also been lowered from Rs311.47 per liter to Rs309.50 per liter.

In Pakistan, petroleum product prices are reviewed weekly. These changes are based on shifts in international oil prices and fluctuations in the exchange rate.
