SE Fruits and Vegetable Limited is set to become Pakistan’s first listed fresh fruit and vegetable exporter, marking a significant milestone for the country’s agricultural sector and capital markets.
Headquartered in Sargodha, the heart of Pakistan’s citrus industry, the company exports premium Kinnow, mangoes, and potatoes to the Middle East, Central Asia, the Far East, Europe, and Australia.
The proposed listing of Rs 1.2b to 1.9b by offering 30mn shares at floor price of Rs40 and ceiling of Rs64) aims to unlock growth by strengthening working capital, enabling the company to procure larger crop volumes, expand processing capacity, enhance cold-chain infrastructure, and meet rising international demand.
