Miley Cyrus’s baby news laughed off by beau Cody Simpson

Rumours of Miley Cyrus’s pregnancy have been laughed off by her boyfriend Cody Simpson.

In an appearance during an interview in his native Australia, Cody Simpson played down reports that his beau Miley ‘with child’.

Cody appeared on the Aussie show, speaking from his base in Los Angeles.

The show’s host, got straight to the point about Miley and recent ‘pregnancy rumours’.

Cody decided to get cryptic with his reply, joking with Karl and his co-host Allison Langdon that he’d been “pregnant for years.”

He also said that he didn’t have much time for little ones just yet as he was ‘focusing on his music’.

Replying in a deadpan way, Cody said: “Oh yeah! I’ve been pregnant for years apparently.

“You’ve just got to take it (rumours) in your stride and what I try to do is focus on my work and what’s important to me.

“For me, that’s my work and my music.”

The pregnancy rumours had started getting legs after Cody spoke about where he wanted to raise a family.

Speaking to the host, he revealed that he wanted to return to Australia to raise his family.

He said: “I would like to return back in Australia for sure.

“I miss Australia a lot, would like to come back more.

I will always have a home base in LA, but Australia will always be number one.”

Earlier, Cody posted on Instagram a few pics of him working on new music.

He captioned it: “I love my job. Prince Neptune, Poet book coming April 7, new music to coincide.”
