Former American Idol contestant Katharine McPhee and Canadian musician and producer are expecting their first child.

Katharine is a close friend of Meghan Markle, the Duchess of Sussex. David Foster is the ‘surrogate’ father of Prince Harry. The two are said to commemorate Christmas 2020 with the royal couple at their $14 million mansion in Los Angeles.

David Foster has five daughters from his previous two marriages, Sara 39, Erin 38, Jordan 34, Amy 47, and Allison 50.

U.S. media reported that the couple was spotted purchasing baby products in California on Tuesday. Thirty-four years apart, the two got married at 36 and 70 years of age, last year in June at St Yeghichie Armenian Church in London.
