Here’s why Yumna Zaidi is trending on Twitter

Yumna Zaidi, a Pakistani actress, is trending on Twitter following the release of her character’s first teaser in the drama series “Sinf-e-Aahan.”

Fans are ecstatic to see her in a completely different outfit and character.

Yumna, who is known for surprising her audience with her performances, will be seen playing “Shaista Khanzada” (a girl who belongs to a Pathan conservative family) this time.

The storyline will focus on women’s empowerment and the hurdles that women face while striving to achieve their dreams. Many short clips and photos from the teaser begin to circulate on social media as the audience gets ready to witness the highly anticipated storey with an ensemble cast.

According to reports, the series will feature Sri Lankan actor Yehali Tashiya Kalidasa, and her presence in the teaser confirms the above. Sajal Ali, Kubra Khan, Syra Yousuf, Ramsha Khan, Sheheryar Munawwar, Usman Mukhtar, Ali Rehman Khan, and Asad Siddiqui will also appear in the drama.

It is directed by Nadeem Baig and written by Umera Ahmad (a playwright and novelist), while Humayun Saeed and his wife, Samina Saeed, are among the four producers in association with the ISPR.
