KIM KARDASHIAN allegedly feels Kanye West “deserves” to be barred from attending the Grammy Awards.
Following his online assaults on Kim, her boyfriend Pete Davidson, and Grammys presenter Trevor Noah, the Donda rapper’s performance was withdrawn from the forthcoming awards event.
Kim, 41, supposedly feels Kanye must face the “consequences” of his recent remarks.
“She doesn’t want to see Kanye’s career harmed because she wants him to make a livelihood since she knows he is one of the greatest when he is on stage and behind the microphone,” a source told Hollywood Life.
“However, she feels that everyone, even Kanye, needs to face the repercussions of their actions.”
According to the source, Kim is “frightened” that Kanye will be barred from playing at the forthcoming Coachella Festival.
Kanye’s exclusion from the Grammys was confirmed last week, with a source telling The Blast that it was due to “concerning internet activity.” “..
Despite the omission, the hitmaker has been nominated for Record of the Year for his massively successful album Donda.
He argued with Trevor after the comic revealed the details of his divorce from Kim.
During his appearance on The Daily Show, he stated: “To be honest, what I see in the scenario is a lady who wants to live her life without being hounded by an ex-boyfriend, ex-husband, or ex-whatever.
“You may not feel sorry for Kim because she’s rich and famous, because she appropriates Black culture … but what she’s going through is terrifying to watch and shines a spotlight on what so many women go through when they choose to leave.”
YE’S ATTACK
Soon after, Kanye responded on Instagram with a since-deleted post, rewriting the words to “Kumbaya” as “k—- baya my lord,” a term that refers to a Black person who rejects their heritage.
The father of four’s Instagram post led in a temporary ban, with Meta admitting that his actions broke their policy on hate speech, bullying, and harassment.
Kanye, 44, has also launched an internet attack on Kim and Pete, 28, after they began dating in late 2021.
He’s referred to Pete as a “d**khead,” threatened to “beat his a**,” and accused him of trying to “destroy” his family.
NASTY FEUD
Kanye even “kidnapped and beheaded” the cartoonist in the animated music video for his song Eazy, which he later justified.
Last week, the rapper expressed worries that Pete, who has been in and out of rehab, may get Kim “hooked on drugs.”
He shared an image of a follower’s remark, which stated, “The way Skete utilised Kim’s marital status to address Kanye was a sneak dig to her & she didn’t even notice it.”
Kanye captioned his Instagram post: “I’m worried that SKETE may get my kids’ mother addicted to drugs. He goes to rehab every two months.”
He also chastised Kim for letting their eight-year-old daughter North to wear cosmetics and use TikTok.
After nearly seven years of marriage, Kim filed for divorce from Kanye in February 2021.
The former marriage has four children: North, Saint, who is six, Chicago, who is four, and Psalm, who is two.
