Stranger Things’ power goes to the charts, too. It’s common known that a new season of the show immediately makes the world a better place, but did you know that the program’s influence extends to the charts as well?
That’s right: English singer-songwriter Kate Bush has been resurrecting the iTunes and Spotify charts after starring significantly in Season 4 as Max’s new favourite musician (Sadie Sink).
According to the LA Times, her 1985 song “Running Up That Hill (A Deal With God),” which is featured significantly in episode 4, has topped the iTunes chart and is now at 106 on Spotify’s Daily Top 200.

The song’s location — which we won’t go into detail about to avoid spoilers — has clearly struck a chord with fans.
