The final evaluation date for Baby Monster, the new girl group formed by the K-pop band Blackpink, was announced by YG Entertainment. Starting on March 10th, their individual evaluations will be made public every Friday KST.

As the founder of YG made an unexpected announcement about the group, the news of their most recent evaluations was released. A preview for the final assessment aired on March 6th, the same day Yang Hyun Suk, the former agency chief, said that Baby Monster will not be making its debut with seven members.

Both the audience and the trainees were clearly surprised by the information. Seven girls were described in detail as potential Baby Monster members, however Yang Hyun Suk continued by saying, “BABYMONSTER will never be a seven-member group. There will definitely be eliminated [trainees].”

Before the final decision is made, the individuals who will join the group will be chosen based on their final evaluations, which will be made public.
