Ananya Panday reflects on facing red flags in relationship

Ananya Panday, often in the spotlight for her love life, recently shared candid insights during her appearance on Raj Shamani’s podcast.

Reflecting on past relationships, the actor revealed, “I don’t think you see a red flag in a relationship immediately. When you are out of a relationship, at that time, you realise that it could have been done better.”

Ananya admitted she has made compromises in relationships, sharing, “We all have a little bit. I have been in a relationship where I have changed myself a lot, but not to the point that it turned bad. You do things to impress in the beginning of a relationship and you don’t realise how much you are changing for your partner.” For her, loyalty and respect are non-negotiables, explaining, “If you are in a relationship, you have to show loyalty and respect. Half-heartedness doesn’t work for me.”

Romance, for Ananya, is about connection. She values a partner who listens and supports her. “As a young, successful actor, it can get intimidating for men because they can’t process it,” she said.

On her birthday, Walker Blanco expressed his affection, writing on Instagram, “Happy Birthday Beautiful!!! You are soooo special. I love you Annieee.” The two were reportedly spotted together at Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding, where a source claimed Ananya introduced Walker as her “partner.”

On the work front, Ananya lately starred in Netflix’s CTRL and will next appear alongside Akshay Kumar and R Madhavan in an upcoming film.
