The actor discussed his award, saying, “Thank goodness I can help out in some small manner. We have a duty to the community, and I intend to do what I can to meet that obligation.”

His portrayal as Akhandanand Tripathi aka Kaleen Bhaiya in the hit Amazon Prime Video crime thriller Mirzapur is his most well-known.
