Athiya Shetty, an actress, and KL Rahul, a cricketer, published their first photos together as husband and wife. At Suniel Shetty’s property in Khandala on Monday, they exchanged vows.

On Monday, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul exchanged vows at Suniel Shetty’s estate in Khandala. On Instagram, the bride and groom announced their nuptials. “In your light, I learn how to love… Today, with our most loved ones, we got married in the home that’s given us immense joy and serenity. With a heart full of gratitude and love, we seek your blessings on this journey of togetherness.”

Athiya wore a pink lehenga and full-sleeve blouse to the wedding. She also chose to wear hefty jewellery. Rahul was seen wearing a sherwani in cream.

Only a small portion of the well guarded wedding was visible, but Suniel had on Sunday made a promise to the media that he would pose for photos with the newlyweds after the ceremony. On Sunday, he spoke with the media “Main kal leke aata hoon bachhon ko. Aapne jo pyaar dikhaya uske liye bohot bohot thank you (I will bring the kids tomorrow (to pose after the wedding) Thank you for showing us so much love.”

One of the first people to wish Suniel Shetty well on his daughter’s wedding was Ajay Devgn, who co-starred with him in the 1994 movie Dilwale. Ajay tweeted a vintage photo of Athiya and Rahul and stated, “Congratulations to my dear friends @SunielVShetty & #ManaShetty for their daughter @theathiyashetty’s marriage to @klrahul. Here’s wishing the young couple a blissful married life. And, Anna, here’s a special shout-out to you on this auspicious occasion. Love. Ajay.”
