Garcelle Beauvais received a public apology from Andy Cohen for his impolite behavior toward her at the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” Season 12 reunion.

The King of Bravo, 54, stated on SiriusXM’s Radio Andy on Monday, “I need to really, truly apologize for not only changing the subject but for not returning — even worse — to the serious conversation that was at hand.”

He added, regretting how he handled a particular exchange with Beauvais, 55, “I have enormous admiration for Garcelle.”

The “Coming 2 America” actress and Cohen allegedly had a “very excellent, productive chat last Thursday” concerning his seeming lack of concern for how she felt about her disputes with rivals Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne.

“I should have been more in tune with her feelings,” Cohen, who was aware of the online backlash he received for his performance, admitted. “I just wanted to say that because I’ve been logging in and I get it.”

The “RHOBH” reunion’s second segment featured Rinna, 59, who said that she and not Jayne, 51, had thrown Beauvais’ novel “Love Me as I Am” in the trash earlier this year.

Cohen chatted with Rinna and Jayne about the startling finding and made jokes about the former’s recycling practices rather than checking in on an obviously upset Beauvais.

Fans harshly criticized him for his error, believing Beauvais deserved better.

“I am disappointed in your treatment of Garcelle during Reunion #2.  You joined with Rinna and Erika laughing about throwing her book in the trash and joking about recycling instead of addressing the real issue,” one viewer wrote.

“That was so disrespectful of Garcelle’s feelings.”

Another commenter said, “So, wait, executive producer Andy Cohen viewed this reunion before it aired and thought it was OK to show himself and the cruel girls make fun of Garcelle’s book being thrown in the trash? Really horrible. He found this sequence in “RHOBH” and “Fire Andy Cohen” to be amusing.
