Ashley Park, a newcomer to the Only Murders in the Building set, claims that everything is amusing there. The Emily in Paris actress, who will appear in season 3 of Hulu’s popular mystery series, gave Selena Gomez high praise. Ashley recently told E! News, “I only know that she’s the absolute sweetest. I’ve loved working on that set so much.

After a season 2 cliffhanger left viewers wondering if Paul Rudd, another newcomer, or Ben, the victim of Ben’s murder, was to blame, season 3 is shaping up to be yet another murder mystery.

Although Park is aware of the scenario, she didn’t elaborate much about her job. Nonetheless, she did say that she will be portraying “a Broadway ingénue.”

The position fits Park naturally. She first gained recognition outside of her career in television with Broadway appearances, such as Gretchen Weiners in Mean Girls and Jess in Grand Horizons.

Rudd and Park are just two of the numerous fresh characters entering the third season of the show. Jesse Williams and Meryl Streep have also declared their participation in the series.

Gomez (Mabel), Steve Martin (Charles), and Martin Short (Oliver), the unlikely friends and podcast hosts who met in their Manhattan apartment building after the untimely murder of one of their neighbours, will all be returning faces.

Although not yet having a release date, OMITB’s third season of filming is well under way. Streep and Rudd were included in a behind-the-scenes photo that Martin posted of his co-stars.

“Only Murders in the Building Season 3 filming has started!” During January, Martin tweeted. A dream cast, as they say.
