In a tearful Instagram comment, she admitted to having a “devastating” loss with her second kid.
When I was last at this hospital, I was having Cree, but this time, I had to undergo surgery since our baby had no heartbeat during our 12-week check.
“Unfortunately, sometimes life simply doesn’t go as we expect,” the couple said. “We were so delighted and planning a space for our new baby in our family, we just couldn’t wait to share our news with you all.”
I have so much to say, but I can’t seem to find the words. utterly heartbroken and devastated.
Kate ended by praising her “big(ger) babies” for their love, which included Rio’s three children Lorenz, 16, Tate, 13, and Tia, 11.
When we came home, she wrote, “Couldn’t be more appreciative for the embraces I got from my big(er) babies coming in the door.”
The comments section was swamped with messages of love and support from her friends and admirers for Kate during this trying time.
They included fellow Towie actors Sam Faiers and Georgia Kousoulou, model Lottie Tomlinson, and influencer Tia Lineker.
