  • Charles is not on the board of the charity he gave the money to.
  • Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani sent him $1.05 million between 2011 and 2015.

Officials say that the latest deal Prince Charles made with a Qatari politician doesn’t need to be looked into.

People are upset that the Prince of Wales took a suitcase with €1 million ($1.05 million) in cash from a Qatari ex-PM.

Even though the situation has hurt the credibility of the Queen’s son as the next monarch, the Charity Commission says it won’t need to talk to him, as per reports.

Charles is not on the board of the charity he gave the money to.

A spokeswoman said, “We will review the information to determine whether there is any role for the commission in this matter.”

Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani sent the money to Charles between 2011 and 2015.
