“Six months before my first rehearsal, I started running on the treadmill every single day at the tempo of the songs I was performing,” Taylor admitted, adding with a laugh, “I’ve never worked out this much in my life it’s horrible.”

She further explained that the preparation was vital due to the physically demanding nature of the tour. “Anything’s hard when you’re scaling the entire length of an NFL stadium,” she said, highlighting the vast scope of her performances.
