The legendary band The Beatles have made a remarkable comeback on the music charts, 30 years after their Anthology project first captivated fans worldwide.

The release of Anthology 4, a 36-track collection featuring 13 previously unreleased songs from the band’s vault, has debuted in the top 10 on the December 6 Top Current Album Sales chart in the U.S., reaching No. 9 on the UK Official Top 100 Albums Chart.

This new release was propelled by a 25th-anniversary reissue of the acclaimed book The Beatles Anthology, alongside the streaming debut of the Beatles Anthology documentary series on Disney+, which premiered on November 26. Originally launched in 1995 as an eight-part series on ABC, the expanded 2025 version now features nine episodes, further reigniting interest in the band’s storied history.

The Anthology series, released in three volumes in the mid-90s, achieved historic success, topping the Billboard 200 and Top Album Sales charts. With Anthology 4, The Beatles continue to demonstrate their enduring influence, adding a new chapter to their legendary legacy amid a competitive top 10 that includes artists like Stray Kids, the Wicked soundtrack, and Aerosmith with Yungblud.

Throughout their career, The Beatles have accumulated an astonishing 19 No. 1 albums on the Billboard 200, including timeless classics such as Revolver, Sgt. Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band, and Abbey Road, cementing their place as one of the most influential acts in music history.
