Cardi B is flaunting a fresh set of body piercings and a daring fashion moment to go with them. On Tuesday, Dec. 9, the rapper shared a series of Instagram photos showing off her latest body modifications while dressed in a striking two-piece black leather ensemble.

The “Bodak Yellow” star wore a plunging leather halter top paired with lace-up pants, completing the edgy look with layered silver necklaces, a black handbag, and a neon green choppy, asymmetrical wig.

One close-up shot highlights the vibrant flower and butterfly tattoos covering her back, as well as her newest additions: a dermal implant on her lower back and a piercing at the back of her neck. Cardi reportedly visited New York–based piercer Robbie (@nyc.piercing on Instagram) for the new work.

The appearance comes about a month after she welcomed her fourth child — a baby boy she shares with NFL star Stefon Diggs.

Cardi is no stranger to bold piercings. Earlier this year, she revealed on X that she had her butt crack pierced with a diamond accessory, a procedure she later said cost her $13,000.
