Foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, including fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts, should be consumed more frequently as they help reduce arterial fat.

Health specialists also advise eating one to two cloves of garlic daily and using olive oil, while limiting or avoiding sugar and refined flour.
