The Prime Minister’s announcement came as he prepared to travel to Brussels today to press the EU and America to do more to help “turn the tide.”

He will outline plans to strengthen Ukraine’s defensive capabilities through long-range targeting and intelligence.

In addition, troops are preparing to deploy Sky Sabre anti-air missile systems to Poland in order to strengthen Nato’s eastern flank.

The announcement came as Western officials warned that Russia could still use tactical nuclear weapons, with nothing off the table in its arsenal.

Ministers will provide an additional £25 million for Ukraine’s armed forces, as well as funding for the International Criminal Court’s investigation into alleged war crimes and a £4 million grant to the BBC World Service to combat fake news.

The latest shipment of weapons brings Britain’s total sent to Ukraine to 10,000, just days after Ukraine warned that supplies were running low.

The United Kingdom has already provided 4,000 anti-tank artillery pieces, including Next-Generation Light Anti-Tank Weapons Systems, or NLAWs, and Javelin missiles.

Sweden will also double its contribution of tank busters and mine-clearing equipment.

Six Western generals are believed to have been slaughtered on the battlefield, and one lieutenant colonel has been captured, along with large amounts of electronic warfare equipment.

Alexei Sharov, commander of the Russian Marines’ 810th Guards Separate Order of Zhukov Brigade, was reportedly the fifth colonel killed when he died in besieged Mariupol.

The Kremlin confirmed that one senior Putin adviser, climate envoy Anatoly Chubais, has resigned and fled Russia.

In response to the loss of his comrades, a Russian soldier allegedly drove his tank into his commanding officer.

Colonel Yuri Medvedev was taken to the hospital with severe leg injuries.

Putin’s war was thrown into further disarray when his Defense Minister, Sergei Shoigu, vanished from view due to “heart problems.”

Following leaks of his plans to the United States and the United Kingdom, the Russian tyrant is said to have launched a witch hunt among his inner circle.

Moscow warned Nato yesterday against sending peacekeepers into Ukraine, calling it a “direct threat.”

In addition, Putin stated that “unfriendly” countries would have to pay for Russian gas in roubles.
