‘Hell’s awaiting.’ Putin is humiliated as Russians torch enrollment centers in a massive war protest

As the crisis in Ukraine continues, VLADIMIR PUTIN has faced massive protests in Russia over plans to introduce a national conscript draught.

During its military battle, the Russian army lost a large number of losses. According to Ukrainian estimates, Putin’s forces have lost approximately 20,000 personnel since hostilities began in February. As Russia launches new attacks in Ukraine’s Donbas region, the Kremlin has been on a desperate campaign to refill the ranks of its frontline troops.

Moscow began its spring draught in April and hopes to recruit 134,500 men by July.

Another arson attack on a military enlistment office, on the other hand, appears to imply that young Russians are not eager to join the war effort.

According to the 7×7 news website, the most recent occurrence occurred last week in the Mordovia region.

Molotov cocktails were thrown at the enlistment office, causing it to catch fire and destroying computers and a database of conscripts in the Zubova Polyana village.

The arson attack has temporarily halted the region’s draught process.

A source said: “The recruitment campaign in the local districts was put on pause.”

This is not the first time anti-war demonstrators in Russia have targeted enlistment offices.

Four days after Russian troops invaded Ukraine, 21-year-old set fire to a recruitment office in the Moscow region town of Lukhovitsy.

The protester also painted the building’s gate in the colors of the Ukrainian flag.

The man poured gasoline on the front of the military enlistment office, damaged windows, and then threw Molotov cocktails.

In one of the Telegram conversations, the arsonist stated that he wanted to prevent mobilization.

He explained: “The aim was to destroy the archive with the conscripts’ personal files, it is located in this unit.

“This should prevent mobilization in the district.

“I hope I won’t see my classmates in captivity or on death lists.”

He urged people to publicly oppose the war, saying: “Let them…know that their own people hate them and will turn against them.

“The ground will soon start burning under their feet, hell is waiting for them at home too.”
