Ivanka Trump and Jared appear to be in love as they enjoy a day at the beach with their children in Miami

James’ investigation, which she claims ‘began when a business insider submitted sworn testimony that the Trump Organization had participated in widespread fraud,’ is taking place as Trump prepares for a prospective bid for the White House in 2024.

Prosecutors also allege that Trump, Don Jr., and Ivanka ‘were actively involved in the production’ of financial papers and ‘negotiated important transactions in which the Statements were used,’ despite having ‘knowledge that contradicted with the asset valuations appearing in the Statements.’

Last week, Ivanka’s husband, former US President Donald Trump’s son-in-law and senior White House official Jared Kushner, eagerly answered questions from a House subcommittee examining last year’s attack on the Capitol by a mob of Trump fans.

Kushner is the highest-ranking Trump adviser and the first member of the Trump family to testify so far. He willingly appeared in private via video connection yesterday and was not subpoenaed.

Kushner was returning from Saudi Arabia on January 6, 2021, and he did not stay the night at the White House upon his arrival.

According to sources, the select committee has also requested testimony from Ivanka, who was at the White House on January 6 and urged with her father to speak out against the violence.

Ivanka has worn many hats over the years, from entrepreneur to First Daughter to top White House counsellor – but since coming to Florida after her father’s reelection attempt failed, she has prioritised her responsibilities as a mother.

Last month, the mother of three wore no makeup for an early-morning trip and wore her blonde hair back into a sloppy low ponytail, while her two children were also photographed wearing uniforms from the local Jewish school where they had been going for the last year.

Since moving to Florida, the family has gone on several beach vacations.
