The Russian military threatens on Wednesday, to attack Ukraine’s ‘decision-making centers,’ in retaliation to previously attempted attacks of sabotage, by Ukraine.

The strike will target the capital.

Russian Ministry of Defense stated, “We see attempts of sabotage and strikes by Ukrainian troops on objects on the territory of the Russian Federation.” Major General Igor Konashenkov added, “If such cases continue, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will strike at decision-making centers, including in Kyiv, from which the Russian army has thus far refrained.”

Russia accused Ukraine of attacking a fuel store within Russian territory with a helicopter earlier this month.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense neither denied nor confirmed the attack.
