Putin is moving his soldiers out of Ukraine to focus on encircling the Donbass area after more than six weeks of hard conflict with little meaningful gains. However, the Russian army is suffering from a morale crisis as a result of massive casualties, according to the Ukrainian Defense Ministry. According to information, the 20th Motorised Infantry Division, stationed in the Russian town of Kamyshin, lost 40% of its personnel, weaponry, and military hardware during the conflict. According to the report, Russian servicemen from this division who are now returning to Russia to re-equip are attempting to leave the army before being deployed back into Ukraine to fight.
