Russia is turning to Alexander Dvornikov, who has a history of brutality against civilians in Syria.

As Kyiv seeks additional military aid from the West, US national security adviser Jake Sullivan stated that the US is committed to giving Ukraine with “the weaponry it needs” to defend itself against Russia.

To prevent Russia from capturing additional territory and killing civilians, the Biden administration will transfer more weapons to Ukraine.

“We’re going to get Ukraine the weapons it needs to beat back the Russians to stop them from taking more cities and towns where they commit these crimes,” Sullivan said.
