Pakistan Deputy Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar arrived in Belgium to attend the 7th session of the Pakistan-European strategic talk after completing their Moscow tour.
The deputy was received at the airport by Foreign Secretary Amna Baloch, European Ambassador Rahim Hayat Qureshi, and various officers from the Pakistani Embassy.
“Dar will co-chair the seventh session of Pakistan-EU Strategic Dialogue at the invitation of Kaja Kallas, the EU high representative for foreign affairs and security policy,” it said.

The meeting will overview the cooperation between Pakistan and Europe in almost all zones under the Pakistan-European Strategic Engagement Plan 2019.
The Pakistan-EU Strategic Communication is the very best level of institutionalized interplay between the two sides, the FO stated.
During the Ishaq Dar visit, he will also participate in the 4th EU Indo-Pacific Ministerial Forum. He also participates in many bilateral meetings and engagements with senior EU officials.
Dar’s visit to Brussels marks a “vast milestone in Pakistan-EU relations”, the FO stated, asserting that Islamabad stays committed to developing a “comprehensive and together beneficial partnership” with the EU.
