Dry weather prevails across Pakistan, Northern regions face cold

Karachi: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), Karachi is experiencing cool nights and hot, dry days.

This morning, fog has reduced visibility to 5 kilometers. Temperatures will range from a minimum of 15°C to a maximum of 33°C, with humidity at 83% and winds blowing from the east at 3 km/h.

Skies are expected to remain clear, and no rain is forecasted in the city for the coming week.

National Weather Overview:

Islamabad: The PMD reports that most parts of the country will experience dry weather today. In the northern regions, cold conditions are expected, while Punjab’s plains may see smog and light fog during the early morning and night hours.

Gilgit-Baltistan is likely to experience sharply dropping temperatures at night, and Kashmir will remain severely cold during mornings and nights.

Similarly, the hilly districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, as well as hill stations like Murree and the Galyat region in Punjab, will face cold weather.

Most other districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan will remain dry.

Northern districts of Balochistan are expected to remain cold, with temperatures dropping sharply during mornings and nights.
