Dense fog has shrouded parts of the UAE, casting a soft winter-white hue over the iconic skylines and prompting urgent weather warnings.

The NCM forecasts that foggy conditions are expected to persist and intensify until approximately 10:30 am on November 20, urging the public to remain vigilant. Authorities have also issued advisories to motorists in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, emphasizing the importance of cautious driving during this period.
In a statement sent to ARN News, a Dubai Airports spokesperson said the 19 flight diversions were recorded up until 9:00 am.
The authority said it’s “working closely with airlines, control authorities and all airport partners to stabilise the operation as quickly as possible”.
Those travelling through DXB have also been advised to check the latest flight information with their airlines.
Law enforcement agencies in both cities have activated their alert systems, urging drivers to adhere to the dynamically changing speed limits displayed on electronic information boards.
Motorists are advised to reduce speeds, maintain safe distances, and stay alert to ensure safety on the roads amid the foggy conditions.
