President, Prime Minister Praise Security Forces for Eliminating 15 Terrorists in KP Operations:

The President and Prime Minister have lauded the country’s security forces for successfully eliminating 15 terrorists affiliated with the Fitnah al-Khawarij group in recent operations in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

President Asif Ali Zardari praised the security forces for their efforts, highlighting the elimination of the group’s ringleader, Alam Mehsud. He stated that these successes are the result of a carefully executed strategy by the country’s law enforcement and military agencies.

“The complete elimination of terrorists operating with external backing will continue with national consensus,” President Zardari affirmed. “The counter-terrorism campaign under ‘Resolution for Stability’ reflects the nation’s collective efforts to establish lasting peace in Pakistan.”

He further warned against any attempts to politicize or divert attention from the national consensus against extremism and terrorism, asserting that such efforts “will not be tolerated at any level.”

Saluting the bravery and determination of Pakistan’s security forces, the President expressed confidence that, by the grace of Allah, the sacred land of Pakistan will soon be entirely free from external threats.

The operations mark a continuation of Pakistan’s focused counter-terrorism measures aimed at dismantling terrorist networks and ensuring lasting stability across the country.

Prime Minister also emphasized that these operations reflect significant achievements in Pakistan’s ongoing fight against terrorism. “The entire nation stands with our armed forces in this war against terrorism. We are determined to completely eliminate all forms of terrorism from the country,” he said.
