Well Known Private School has violated the directives of the government and terminated several teachers and by ended their contracts in Karachi.

According to the sources, the private School network has terminated contracts of its A Levels teachers in Karachi.  time.The teachers who are affected by the cruel decision of the school management, won’t be paid salaries from this month i.e May till the schools reopen for students and that may be in July or August or depends upon the orders given by the government.

Amid the prevailing situiation of the lockdown due to the Covid-19 pandemic, people are already stressed out now this cruel action of private school management is not just a sheer violation of government directives but also ethically wrong as they are getting high fees from the parents but dismissing their employees by cancelling their contract.

One of the teachers who got terminated stated, “In the lockdown situation, teachers were taking online classes throughout even conducted online exams and graded, the teachers worked hard to give grades to individual students. The day we submitted the grades, we all were informed about the termination of our contracts.”

The affected teachers demanded government to take stern action against the private School for blatantly violating its orders and measures.
