Special Assistant Dr. Sania Nishtar said that the government is going to launch Ehsas Panah and Langar mobile app soon under Ehsaas program.

According to details, in a briefing to the Prime Minister regarding the Ehsaas program, Dr. Sania Nishtar said that the distribution of money in the context of Coronavirus is underway while 16 million families will also be assisted under the Ehsaas program.

She said that soon under the Ehsaas program, Ehsaas Panah and Langar mobile app is going to be launched which will create convenience for the people.

Earlier, while talking to media in Islamabad, Prime Minister Imran Khan said that Ehsaas program is free from politics.

He said that Pakistan is one of the leading donor nations in the country. I have collected the most funds during the last 30 years. When the earthquake hit, everyone was going to Balakot to donate.

Imran Khan further said that funds were given to the deserving people from the Prime Minister’s Ehsaas Cash Program, food was served to the poor in the shelters by the members of the Assembly and ministers, and the shelters in different cities would be further expanded.

He said that the people have to be assured that the donation money is going to the right place, next month is difficult, smart lockdown has to be done, poor people have to be saved from hunger and poverty.
