Samsung introduced the 2021 version of its lifestyle TV, The Frame, earlier this year. However, it was only available in screen sizes from 43-inch to 75-inch.

Now Samsung has launched the 85-inch version of The Frame in South Korea. It will be gradually launched to other markets too.

The new version of the TV is priced at KRW6,690,000 (Rs931,480) in South Korea. The new variant is already being showcased in Samsung Stores nationwide.

The company is also displaying the 65-inch variant of The Sherif that was introduced last week.

The Frame comes standard with a wooden bezel, but you can upgrade it with magnetic bezels in a variety of colors and finishes (beige, brown, teak, and white), as shown in the image below.

The 2021 edition of The Frame TV is 50% smaller than the 2020 model. It’s a 4K QLED TV featuring HDR10, HLG, and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro. You can show off your own photos or any of the more than 1,400 works of art.

The Quantum Processor 4K is used in The Frame TV, which runs on Samsung’s Tizen operating system. All of the popular audio and video streaming services have apps for it. It contains a motion sensor that automatically turns on the TV as you walk into the room. The Frame has a 4-speaker system, Game Bar, and Super Ultrawide Game View. It comes with a 400 x 400 VESA mount and auto low-latency mode for gaming.

The Samsung TV+ has four HDMI 2.1 ports, two USB ports, an ethernet port, and HDMI CEC. It has Microsoft 365, Remote PC, and Wireless DeX for productivity. Other features of the TV include Adaptive Picture, Ambient Sound+, SpaceFit Sound, Q-Symphony, Object Tracking Sound Lite, MultiView, Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2 with LE, NFC, Samsung Health, Samsung TV+, SmartThings, and a solar-powered remote controller.
