Mother’s Day is observed every year in a number of nations around the world. While the dates change from year to year, it is generally observed on the second Sunday of May each year. It will be observed on May 8 this year.

A mother is many things: a companion, protector, guide, disciplinarian, and so on. She is a selfless, kind person who gives up many of her desires and needs to care for their children. A mother’s love for her children is unconditional.

She works hard from the moment her child is born to ensure that she is equipped with knowledge, skills, and abilities. She does everything she can to help you become a competent human being. Being a mother is both the most difficult and rewarding job.

History:

Mother’s Day is thought to have originated in the United States. Anna Jarvis organized a memorial for her mother after she expressed a desire and urged her to do so after her death. Three years after her mother’s death on May 10, 1908, Jarvis conducted a memorial service at Andrews Methodist Episcopal Church to commemorate her mother and all mothers.
