Benazir Bhutto birth anniversary: Bilawal to address rally in Larkana

• The 69th birth anniversary of Benazir Bhutto is being observed
• Bilawal will address a public gathering in Larkana
• He will also inaugurate the Peoples Bus Service

KARACHI: Pakistan Peoples Party Chairman and Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari will hold a public gathering in Larkana on June 21 (tomorrow) on the 69th birth anniversary of Benazir Bhutto.

A public gathering will be held at Benazir Municipal Stadium on the occasion. A large number of people are expected to start arriving at the venue after 6PM.

Sindh Chief Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah, several federal and provincial ministers and prominent party leaders will address the participants.

Bilawal is also expected to launch the Peoples Bus Service in Larkana. In this regard, ten luxury buses have already have reached the city for the transport project.

In his message on the occasion, Bilawal paid glowing tributes to the first elected Prime Minister of the Islamic world Benazir Bhutto on her birth anniversary.

He pledged that by adhering to the philosophy of Benazir Bhutto, he would continue struggle to eradicate poverty, hunger and unemployment and ensure socio-economic justice by strengthening parliament and democracy.

“Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto is the name of a way of thinking and a path that guarantees liberation of the people from deprivation and promises an egalitarian and progressive society to future generations,” he said.

“It is the victory of the vision of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto that the democratic forces in the country today are united and determined to take the country out of the difficulties it is facing,” he added.

Bilawal said that due to her insurmountable services, struggle and selfless love for the people of the nation, Benazir Bhutto will live forever in history.

“The principles of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto will always be a beacon for us,” he concluded.
