Sale of e-cigarettes, vaping devices banned to under 21-years age
MARDAN: The sale of e-cigarettes and vaping devices to people under 21 years of age has been banned in Mardan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The section 144 has been imposed on the sale of e-cigarettes and vaping devices to people under the age of 21 in Mardan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Deputy Commissioner Mardan said that the sale of e-cigarettes and vapes within a radius of 50 meters of educational institutions is also prohibited.
He said that action will be taken against the violators under Section 188.
Earlier, The International Research Institute has revealed that nearly two and a half million people smoke cigarettes in Pakistan, while the number of snuff users is more than half.
