ATC approves four-day remand of accused Armaghan

KARACHI: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Tuesday handed over the prime suspect Armaghan in the Mustafa Aamir to the police on a four -day physical remand.

The Mustafa Aamir murder case was heard in the Karachi Anti -Terrorism Court in which the police presented the accused Armaghan in court number 2, but during the hearing, the accused Armaghan was went unconscious in court.

During the hearing, the court questioned who came from the accused. The lawyer said that the accused had to sign a lawyer’s paper, but Armaghan refused to sign documents.

The court asked the accused what did you say when police arrested you. The accused, Armaghan, said that he was tortured.

The court asked is the body of victim recovered.  The investigating officer said that the body had been found and the exhumation had been ordered.

The investigating officer told the court that the murder weapon should be recovered from the accused.

Later, the court handed over the accused Armaghan to the police on a four -day physical remand for investigation.

Earlier,  Sindh High Court (SHC) directed the police to produce Armughan, ATC No II to secure his remand, following the denial of remand by ATC No I.
