Azlan Shah’s wedding chaos after invitation leak

KARACHI: Azlan Shah, the YouTuber and social media influencer famous for gifting his bride a donkey on their wedding day, has revealed a memorable and chaotic detail from his nuptials over 300 uninvited guests showed up after their wedding card was leaked on social media.

The influencer couple, Azlan Shah and Dr. Warisha Javed Khan, recently appeared on a morning show to share stories from their wedding. During the interview, they explained that a leaked wedding invitation resulted in an overwhelming number of guests they didn’t know personally.

“We had invited around 300 to 400 people,” Azlan Shah explained. “But because the invitation was leaked, so many people came that the hall, which had a capacity for 300-400 guests, was filled with around 600 to 650 people. The space became so packed that people started sitting on the floor.” He added, however, that despite the unexpected crowd, there was miraculously enough food for everyone.

The large gathering led to some difficult moments for the groom. Azlan shared that he felt claustrophobic and “started to suffocate” before the wedding concluded.

It is worth noting that Azlan Shah is the son of the late renowned actor Shabbir Rana. He married social media influencer Dr. Warisha Javed Khan in 2022, and the couple now has a daughter.
