Play the blame game after the litter is cleaned: Murtaza Wahab

Barrister Murtaza Wahab, Adviser to Chief Minister Sindh Environment Climate Change & Coastal Development, stated that everyone can play the blame game once the litter of Karachi is cleaned.

Adviser to CM Barrister Murtaza Wahab, in his media talks, appealed Ali Zaidi to make arrangements to move the litter to Landful site.

Barrister Murtaza Wahab further stated that Sindh Government along with Chief Minister Sindh are united to resolve the issue as a visible betterment can been seen after the measures which were taken after the last rain spell.

Whereas, we have no conflict with the Mayor of Karachi, Wasim Akhtar. Some issued shouldn’t be made a part of criticism but if someone isn’t capable of his job, he should sign resignation, he added.

Murtaza Wahab further stated, Clean Karachi campaign was launched to spruce up the city perhaps the litter has been released from the canal on the roads.

He further stated that the Sindh government has launched a Blue Jacket announcement of its own to prevent littering all these step are taking by Sindh government.

Model has been made with the help of Boat basin traders, whereas, in the fist round the southern area has been targeted.

Several areas, including Liyari has sewerage issues, but the development of parks will soon be initiated, Barrister Murtaza Wahab said.

Earlier, Murtaza Wahab attended the seminar on environmental awareness and farming at Karachi University’s business school auditorium. Where he urged the attendees to help Sindh Government in the cleanliness campaign.

Sindh’s Adviser on Information Murtaza Wahab has also urged Mayor Waseem Akhtar to tender his resignation from the top city office over failure.
